I am a psychologist with 15 years of experience. In recent years, my focus has been on the business segment: working with entrepreneurs, teams, and systems where money, decisions, and growth depend directly on internal processes. I conduct deep-dive analyses both for experienced entrepreneurs who have turnover but lack scalability, and for those who are just starting out and do not understand how to build a working business system. My practice includes over 500 business analyses that uncovered non-obvious causes of problems: from recurring financial failures to systemic breakdowns in team and strategy. In my work, I use systemic business constellations with metaphorical associative cards. This tool allows us to go beyond logic and see what is usually not consciously recognized: where the balance in the system is disrupted, what decisions are actually being made, and what is blocking growth. This is precisely why it becomes possible to achieve not just an analysis, but a deep breakdown of root causes that cannot be seen through classical consulting and strategies. People come to me for non-standard solutions at the moment when conventional tools no longer work. When "everything seems to be done right," but the business is not growing, money is not scaling, and the same situations keep repeating in a loop. I work with what drives results at a deep level: reactions, decisions, and systemic connections. This is not about "analyzing and talking." This is about changes that are reflected in real business results.
