These terms govern the use of the Inventa Courses platform, operated by Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p., Dimičeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenija.

The service

The platform provides access to video courses with subtitles, quizzes, notes, and homework review. Access to a paid course is granted after payment, which is handled off-site and confirmed by an administrator.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Course prices are shown on each course page. Payment is handled off-platform; access is granted by an administrator once payment is confirmed.

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (ZVPot-1). To withdraw, email media4estate@gmail.com; we refund within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content and fully-performed services accessed with the consumer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgment of losing that right before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 35 ZVPot-1).

All course materials are copyright-protected. Copying, distributing, or publishing the videos and materials without the rightsholder's permission is prohibited.

Online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia; the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.

Course authors may purchase a monthly plan (Start, Growth, Pro) and generation credits for AI content. Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record; Polar issues the invoice and handles taxes based on the buyer's country.
Generation credits are consumed by actual processing of recordings. Credits are not exchangeable for money, not transferable, and expire when the account is deleted.
You may cancel a subscription at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

An author may share their personal link /r/<code>. When an invited author pays for the first month of any plan, both sides receive 10 EUR of generation credits.
The reward is granted once per invited person, with a cap of 20 rewards per month. Self-referrals and abuse (fake accounts, chained signups) are prohibited; in case of abuse we may cancel rewards and disable participation.
If the payment that triggered a reward is refunded, the granted credits are reversed for both sides.
We may change or terminate the programme at any time; credits granted before that remain valid.
