For students

How do I get access to a course?

Register on the platform, open the course page and click “Request access”. The course author reviews the request and grants access. Payment happens off-site, arranged with the course author.

Can I pay for a course by card on the site?

No. The site does not take payments. Payment is arranged off-platform, after which the course author or an administrator grants access to your account.

Which languages are subtitles available in?

Subtitles and the interface are available in six languages: Russian, Bulgarian, English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Slovenian. The language is switched in the site header; subtitles are switched in the player.

Can I download the video lessons?

No. Video is delivered over signed links and is available for streaming only — this protects the author's paid content.

Do you issue a certificate of completion?

No, the platform does not issue certificates. The quizzes after lessons are self-checks (70% to pass), not exams or accreditation.

What does a lesson include besides the video?

Subtitles in several languages, chapters with timecodes, a lesson description, private notes, a self-check quiz, attached materials and — if the author set one — homework reviewed by a curator.

How do I ask the curator a question?

The course area has a questions block: you post a question, the curator or author answers, and the reply appears in the same place.

Is my progress and playback position saved?

Yes. Course progress is saved automatically, and the player remembers your position and resumes from where you stopped.

Is access permanent?

Not necessarily. The author can grant access with no expiry or until a set date, and can limit it to specific modules. You receive a notification before access expires.

Can I get a refund?

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days (ZVPot-1). The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content you accessed with your explicit consent before that period ends. See the Terms of Service for details.

How do I delete my account or export my data?

In the cabinet, under “Profile”, there are “Download my data” (JSON export) and “Delete account” buttons. These are your GDPR rights.

For authors

How do I become a course author?

Register, go to the cabinet and submit the “Become an author” application: tell us about yourself and your experience. A platform administrator confirms author access.

What does the platform create from my video automatically?

Transcription and subtitles in the source language, translations of the subtitles into the chosen languages, chapters with timecodes, a self-check quiz, and the lesson title and description. The course description and cover can be generated too.

Can I skip the AI and fill everything in manually?

Yes. There are manual editors for chapters, quizzes, descriptions and materials. If you never run generation, no credits are charged.

Who can see my students?

Only you and the curators you assign to the course. An author sees requests and accesses for their own course only; the platform's user list is not available to authors.

How do I grant access to a student?

The course editor has a “Students” block. Requests for your course appear there — click “Grant access”. Or enter the email of an already registered student and grant access directly, optionally limiting it to modules and setting an expiry date.

What is a curator and how do I add one?

A curator is a helper who reviews homework and answers student questions. The author invites them by email from the course settings; the invitee accepts the invitation in their own cabinet.

Is a course moderated before publishing?

Yes. A finished course is submitted for review and appears in the public catalog once approved.
