I am a psychologist with 15 years of experience. In recent years, my focus has been on the business segment: working with entrepreneurs, teams, and systems where money, decisions, and growth depend directly on internal processes. I conduct deep-dive analyses both for experienced entrepreneurs who have turnover but lack scalability, and for those who are just starting out and do not understand how to build a working business system.
