About Inventa Courses
Inventa Courses is an online learning platform for course authors. The author uploads a video and the platform automatically produces subtitles in six languages, chapters with timecodes, a self-check quiz and the lesson description. Students learn with private notes, progress tracking and homework reviewed by a curator.
What the platform does
From a single uploaded video the platform automatically creates: subtitles in the source language, translations of those subtitles into the other platform languages, chapters with timecodes, a self-check quiz (10 questions by default, configurable), the lesson title and description, and a course cover image.
Everything generated can be edited by hand. Authors may skip AI generation entirely and fill in chapters, quizzes and descriptions themselves — there is an editor for each block.
Languages
The interface and subtitles are available in six languages: Russian, Bulgarian, English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Slovenian.
Each language has its own URL: Russian (the default) on the root domain, the others under the /bg, /en, /es, /uk and /sl prefixes.
What students get
Video streamed over signed links (downloads are not available), switchable subtitles, chapters for navigation, and resume-where-you-left-off playback.
Private notes on every lesson, automatic course progress saving, and a self-check quiz after each lesson (70% to pass).
Homework: the student submits text and files; a curator reviews and either accepts the work or returns it for revision. Questions to the curator are asked from the course area.
Notifications about granted, expiring and revoked access arrive by email and via Telegram if the account is linked to the bot.
What authors get
Automation of the busywork: transcription, subtitles and their translations, chapters, quizzes and descriptions — from one click.
Video hosting and delivery, student areas, and access management for their own course: the author sees requests for their course, grants access by a registered student's email, can limit access to specific modules and set an expiry date, and can revoke it.
The ability to invite a curator by email to review homework and answer student questions.
A public author page and transparent accounting of AI generation costs.
Access and payment
Course payment happens off-site. Access is granted by the course author or a platform administrator after the student registers and payment is confirmed.
Access can cover the whole course or specific modules, with no expiry or until a set date.
Privacy and data
The platform complies with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Slovenian ZVOP-2. Consent to the terms is recorded at registration.
From the account area you can export all your data as JSON and delete your account.
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies (login session, selected language, theme). There are no analytics or advertising trackers, so no cookie consent banner is required.
A course author sees only the students of their own course — the platform's user list is not available to them.
Who runs the platform
The platform is operated by Mykhailo Koblychenko s.p., Dimičeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (European Union). Tax number SI40790215, registration number 7522967000.

What the platform does not do
Card payment is not accepted on the site — access is granted manually after payment made off-site.
The platform does not issue certificates of completion. Quizzes are self-checks, not exams or accreditation.
There is no mobile app — the website is responsive. Downloading video lessons is not available: this protects paid content.
